After the designs are finalised, a sample bag is prepared to know how further products will end up followed by acquirement of material to be used in the manufacturing of these bags, like handles, laminating sheets, etc.

As soon as the material is procured. The process of lamination and printing starts. The paper is sent to lexicographic printing machine and the colour and texture is examined to make sure the product looks fine.

After the paper is printed and laminated, it is left to dry for about 72hrs to make it durable.

As soon as the paper gets dry, it goes through the process of cutting and edging which further gives the shape of bag to the paper, but is in flat looking form. After they are shaped they go through the process of assembling so as to make them look like a proper bags and the final step is to get their finishing done!
